Noel and Miracle  were found under a vacant house on the east side of town.  It was very cold and there were no other animals around. Neighbors heard their cry's and rescued them. They are a terrier mix and will be smaller dogs.  They are approximately seven weeks old.  They are both female. Both are friendly and get along with other animals. Their foster home has children and pets so they will be extra friendly in a short time. They will be spayed at the proper age.
