Bully Breeds Resource Initiative

Coins 4 Critters is seeking volunteers from the Muskogee and surrounding towns to assist with a new program titled,   “The Bully Breeds Resource Initiative”.  Coins 4 Critters goal has always been to reduce the number of homeless, unwanted pets.  This developing program’s focus will be to reduce the number of unwanted “Bully Breeds” (pit bulls, amstaffs, american bulldog, boxer, rottweiler’s, dobermans, mastiffs, etc.) through spaying/ neutering, promoting public safety, discouraging “backyard breeding”, promoting responsible ownership, community resolution of dog fighting activity, we can reduce the unnecessary euthanization of these bully breeds.  The goal is not to “warehouse” these dogs but to assist them via assessment, foster care and placement into loving, responsible, permanent homes.

Previous experience with Bully Breed dogs is not required but would be helpful.

For more information on how you can help these wonderful large breed dogs, send an email to program manager Carole Anne, by clicking on the envelope below.
